That's awesome, Gail. Congrats to Mitch to getting back out there. You've both had some difficult physical issues and you both look as if you're still moving. I hope that continues.

I rarely visit the forum anymore, only coming to rc.com to update Lady Scarlett's giving up letter. Occasionally I'll open'r up for a peek as I did today. For some reason I clicked on this thread then watched Mitch's video. Thanks Gail. As a broken neck and spinal surgery survivor who clawed his way back to climbing after each setback, I can sure appreciate Mitch's (and your) perspective. My good partner Angus Carbide has some very serious wrist issues going on, bad enough to have taken him out of climbing for months at a time. I'm going to forward the link tp Mitch's story.
