So I'm a healthy girl with pretty big boobs . . . I've always shrirked on getting expensive sport bras, but I am running a lot more and "feeling" it, if you get my drift.
So . . . anyone got a brand suggestion to keep em smashed in and less bouncy? I kind of require them to look okay, too. Sometimes a girl wants to go shirtless.

Title Nine Sports has a pretty good selection.....a WEE bit pricey. But if helps keep the jugs from jigglin' I suppose it's worth it!

Check out Speedo's sports bras. They're built like actual bras (as opposed to those dreaded uniboob things) and provide good support. They also come in larger cup sizes. Well worth the investment.

Patagonia makes some spandex sportsbras/sportstanks with boob puckers for the larger chested. I bought one because it was cute, but I look like a little girl trying on mom's bathing suit in it. :(
Athleta is another great mail-order mag full of various womens sports bras etc.

I was going to suggest Atheta as well...I know they can be ugly, but honestly, if you want support without pain sometimes you have to sacrafice a little....in this case looks. :( Maybe you can try dying them....if you don't like the white look??

I'm a smaller 36D (sometimes I'll take a large C), and I find the seperate cuped bras a bugger to fit. I'll just suck it up a live with a uniboob.
I don't run, but I find that the Sugoi bra that I have gives me the best support out of the bras that I have. It's my favorite when I'm riding foolishly bumpy mountain bike trails. Also I think it was only $35 canadian or something like that, is simple black, and has no cotton so it wicks well (other reason's why it's my favorite).

Granite, will have to look into it. I suspect foolishly bumpy bike trails would be as bouncy as running. :)

--I would recommend the Natori and the Donna Karan Sportbras both are supportive and relatively attractive, in Black .
If you feel comfortable you could wear these sans shirt over them. I am also a similar size to you.
Enough said, they will be good for whatever sports you do. Good Luck. :idea:

let me see if i recall correctly from my days as a magazine-subscribing running dude ... it's been a few years ... but if memory serves, it's important to have those puppies battened down while engaging in sports -- especially those activities that cause bouncing (no matter HOW much we men-folk may love to see it). there are some bundles of connective tissue in them there parts that can become stretched to the point that even though she may be a young, taut vixen -- such maculated -- a woman can have what medical science calls "prematurely saggy thingies".
and THAT'S not good for ANYONE.

Suggest silkscreening "STFU bOOb !!!11" on plain white sports bra. Novelty will improve indifferent feelings about said unfashionable bra.

Check out Champion. They have this great gray colour. A bit on the pricey end but you can usually snag a sale.
