I know its a long shot...but what the hell its worth a try (might no be posting this in the correct place either..)
I recently did two things, had a baby & moved to France. My daughter is now 2 months old and I have started the lengthy process of getting back into climbing shape. I was lucky enough to be able to climb most of the pregnancy so things could be worse. Now here is the thing, I live a stone throw from a nice bouldering area, also only about 1 hour away from Fountain Bleu and really want to take advantage of the fact that I'm not working because of the baby and climb during the day on weekdays BUT my awesome climbingpartner/husband guy has to work so we can eat and, of course, buy more climbing gear.
So I'm looking for other climbing moms that want to climb during the day or anybody that has time then and can handle the presence of a baby...
Does any of you know if there is a climbing moms club or something of that sort??
I'd appreciate all info you have on the subject...

I've heard Euros are great at balancing their family life with climbing. Certainly, you can just go to the climbing area - maybe as a day hike to start - and introduce yourself.

icegirl-- i'd post this thread in the eurofreaks forum as well, since you're more likely to find a bleau local/semi-local in there. you might also try ukclimbing.com-- i assume you've already tried the caf and the french forums. i think aconcagua's advice is really good, and if you can get out and just walk some of the more popular circuits, you're more likely to find someone suitable. apremont wouldn't be a bad place to start. i can remember watching a couple with a newborn at apremont taking turns circuiting and watching the baby.
