i was just skimming through some of my Climbing issues and i saw an article about a calendar of pictures of naked female climbers (Players, issue 219.), called Stone Nudes. What do you ladies think about this? degrading, respectful, uplifting, your opinion?

The Stone Nudes calendar comes in both a male and female version every year. The photos are very tasteful and of excellent quality. Check out the site at stonenudes.com.

my boyfriend always gets the calendar--it's beautiful! the people always look very tasteful-and hot i might add-they are NAKED!:)

I think that its pretty cool...especially since there is a male version as well.
It doesn't seem to be a nudie calendar to me. I mean, it is, but its more art-like than most nudie calendars.
of course, I've taken figure drawing art courses with nude women being the models, so I'm not really one to yell about it anyway.

Climbing bare foot hurts! Do they at least wear shoes? Err hold on they are poses right? No real climbing. Ah well I just thought of that cause I was in Saskatchewan, Canada recently (flat land) thus I didn't bring my gear so when I found a climbing wall and did it with out shoes on. It hurt. Not that this has anything to do with anything but anyway.

I bought the calendar for my boyfriend and a friend of ours. Planning on hanging up one of theposters in out gear room. probably the yosemite one. I think a woman climbing is great. A naked woman climbing, he thinks that's great! It's all good!

Stone Nudes has a real artsy vibe and they don't show weeners or anything-- no frontal at all. Maybe the side of a booby. My household had the male and the female versions last year and I thought most of the photos were nice enough-- a lot less cheesy than most other climbing calendars. I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you have to have a wall calendar and it has to have climbing on it, go with Stone Nudes.
Meanwhile, it's finally sunny out here in California! I'm so glad it's finally time to go outside and climb again! :D

I just tried to go back to the Stone Nudes website to order the posters, but was unable to access the site. Said the specified server could not be found. Anybody else having these problems. Does anybody else know of another way to get in touch with the photographer?
