Does anyone have a recommendation for getting shoes resoled in Germany (or near there)? I sent 3 pair to http://www.kletterschuhe.de/ last year and was very disapointed. All 3 pair came back with rounded bottoms with the shoes vastly changed! The only other place I had used was the FrictionFix in West Virginia and I was pretty happy with them. I found these 2 places. Anyone have any experience with them? http://www.mein-kletterschuhservice.de/ http://www.schuhmacher-weigel.de

Seeing as I resole my shoes myself, I cannot speak from personal experience, but "Saskia" seems to have been pretty happy with Weigel: http://www.dav-community.de/....php?showtopic=42379 <30Euros for sole and rand is cheap too! PS: I can ask around my group of climbing buddies where all they've had their shoes resoled, but I am pretty sure most have had them done here locally.

Hi, I am using this company for many years already: http://restday.cz/ There are 2 companies here in Czech republic which do the job you want. They are both pretty comparable in quality and prices. Restday and Saltic Sometimes its good to write a note that you would prefer not to have the shoe "enlarged"...they will choose smaller shoe mould. Recently I had really nice experience with La Sportiva Speedster adam
