I will be there for 4 days. Is there any climbing near the city, or in the city?
Edited to also ask if there are any climbing shops in the city?

Good grief... Is there any skying around Aspen? 
Honestly, the Frankenjura is one of world's most famous sports climbing areas (mostly because Güllich climbed the first UIAA 11, Action Directe, there). Tons of climbing there, numbers vary from 7000 to 10000 prepared routes...
If the weather is not suitable, there are at least three gyms in the city. One of those is in the database and should be pretty good.
BTW, try of the local beer in Franken! Almost every village has an own brewery. And they're gooooooood.

You can boulder at least. Most stuff is overhanging and in the woods, so most is wet probably, but i could imagine a good clim iwth sunny weather. But check out the other thread about bouldering in htis euroforum, i posted a few links for bouldering.

Right now Germany is pretty 'warm' for a winter. Around 8-10°C, which is pretty much climbable (okay, not comfi, but climbable). Check some southfaces and you'll be fine. If it rains... now, even then you'll find enough overhanging stuff, just it might be that the next restaurant/brewery is a little more teasing 
Check the database at http://www.Frankenjura.com. You'll find sun factor, approach time, grade... what ever you need.
