Okay, not to steal any of Daniel's reunion thunder (we will still most certainly be in Bleau from Sept 29- Oct. 1 for the birthday beer bash), but... It seems there are some climbers coming from the US on October 20-22 weekend. AND, I have learned that Miss Map and her Austrian Hardman may join us after almost 6 months of underground incognito... 8^) So, let's make it a whole Euro-freaky show!

Since the date's getting a bit closer now, I thought I'd revive this! Steve-O, you should definitely put it on your calendar, as taking out the elephant's belly is on Paolo's itinerary for that weekend! ;-)

Wow... you should feel honored to be one of the few selected. Sorry, Sorry, Sorry!!! what can I say... not spending a lot of time on rc.com since it is quite frustrating to hear about everybody's plans when you can't climb, have been away on holiday in the Alps (and DID NOT CLIMB  ), am busy at work (now this is a bad excuse)... Anyway, the Hardman is, once again, "working" somwhere by the ocean until end of the week, so I'll ask him about the Bleau weekend when he's back. As for me, even if we come, quite unlikely to climb (but I am becoming bloody good on the MTB  ). See you all soon (maybe  ). Map

Nooooo....Paolo, no sending the elephant if I'm not there! Look but don't touch. I know you wouldn't do that to me. We go waaay back. Remember all that jerky I've brought you. All the nice things I've said about your crack technique....well, not really anything yet, but someday I might. Don't know if I can make this one, but we'll see. I got my buddy getting back from the deset next week, possibly going to Octoberfest, but Fonti has been calling my name ever since that circus animal spat me off more times than I can count. :x

I'm interested in hooking up with folks for this weekend (my first attempt to check out Bleau was a nice walk, but with no actual boulders, boulderers, chalk, ...) So now that I've learned my lesson, I'm ready to actually use my climbing shoes. If anyone could contact me about where to meet, etc., that would be great! Rachel

Well, there are a bunch of options, but basically the Brussels folks are coming into town around 11pm on Friday night, staying at the Etap hotel on Friday and Saturday nights. We can figure out how to get everybody to/from the boulders later. Let me know if you'll be staying at the hotel as well... 3 beds to a room at 35 a pop is a good deal, but we'll need to make reservations... Feel free to drop me an email - tazneem30@hotmail.com if you need more info. FOR EVERYONE - CLIMBERS ATTENDING SO FAR... booger paolo75 dicwu tcsweeney map + hardman??? steve-o???

Hey everybody, i would like to join the crew this weekend. at the moment i'm in paris, doing my studies, so it's just a few miles for me. i've never bin to bleau before and it's always good to have someone who knows the place. also my brother told me a lot about you guys and i'm really looking forward to meet some of you. If its possible i would join you saturday morning and stay with you at the hotel for saturday night. is there any train station close to the boulder area or the hotel (of course i will have look at the internnet to check that, but maybe you know it already) and/or is there anyone with a car who could catch me up? hope to see you soon

Heya, Saturday would be fine; the hotel is near the train station (walking distance) or we could pick you up depending on what time you're arriving. Just drop me an email to confirm. Looking forward to meeting you too! :-)

Yeah!! I'm sitting in my room, next to the new crash pad I've bought today, waiting for my first WE with the famous Eurofreaks  . This will be a lot of fun. The only thing that sucks is my right hand which hurts since a week. But who cares about pain :? .

My brother becomes o boulderer  25 years of trying to make him love ham sandwiches, two years of being his belay slave, and what's the outcome? Littlun buys a crashpad  What's next? Gonna show up home on christmas with no shirt and a Prana beanie? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! - Daniel Bwah haha. Lucky they don't sell RedBull in France! ... do omlettes count as good boulderer food?
