Hi!

Munich would be right in the middle between the Alps (Oberbayern) and the Southern Frankenjure. There's ton's of climbing and bouldering, just a northern light as I am can't help you out right now. Take a look at Frankenjura.com. The Website is available in English also. You should take the opportunity, it's one of world's most famous sport climbing areas.

About "Kempton" (?!?)... Please try to spell city or region names properly. There's a Kemten in the Allgäu, which I bet you're referring to. I found a small overview of the area. Might be of use.

If you wanna find out more, here're some words for google:

climbing=klettern
crag=klettergebiet
sports climibing area=klettergarten
bouldering=bouldern

Have fun!

- Daniel
