my wife is from finland, and we're going there some time this summer/fall. i would like to know if its worth it to take gear/what kind of gear to take. also where the places are to climb there? cause the summer house her parents have is great for fishing... but im not happly about being dragged around a lake for half the day by some 2m monster of a fish. id rather go climb a rock.

Where in Finland is the summer house? I would go to Olhava - you'll find images through google. Take your trad gear with you.
