Hmmm... about myself, well I'm originally from Perth (Australia) moved to Melbourne for 8 years, and now find myself back in Perth again. Been rock climbing on and off for over 10 years now (though have had long breaks during that time, lasting several years). I like bouldering, sport and trad and have been lucky enough to have climbed in various overseas destinations including South Africa, Namibia, Morocco and Turkey.
In 2010 I had my first foray into mountaineering, spending some time in Chamonix and then Elbrus. Earlier this year (2013) I went up Aconcagua, and have just spent three months climbing peaks in the Cordillera Blanca, Peru and a month mountaineering in Bolivia.
I'd like to improve my mountaineering and ice climbing skills. I'd also really like to learn how to aid climb and attempt a big wall someday.
