Right now most of the posts about building home gyms are being put in the Indoor Climbing forum. Which makes sense, but you have to sift through to separate threads about home construction from public gyms. I think it would be great if there were a separate forum for it, and there would be plenty of discussion to fill it up and make it worthwhile. This topic is sort of in a category of its own.
Separate forum for Home Wall Construction?

I think that the current arrangements with those type of threads going into indoor gyms is satisfactory. The forums list is pretty cluttered as it is without adding more forums to the mix.
What may work is a dedicated thread to all things home woody. Those types of threads have worked well in the past to keep everything together for one topic.

I dunno, its kinda like making a seperate shoe forum 'cause its too hard to sift through all those questions about ropes and cams in gearheads to find them all.
