The outlook is fine, however the navigation bar on the left could be improved. Maybe having it so, when a user is logged in the "users" section becomes the top of the nav. bar, instead of halfway down the page

I agree, PMs and WHOS ONLINE are frequently used by a lot of the member users. I realize that a GUEST probably looks at the other things more, but as a MEMBER, the USER section is very important. LOOKS GOOD, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
