I don't mind most of them but I think adrenaline junkie needs to be eliminated. It might as well be called x-game wanna be. But thats just me, I have issues with alot of the buzzwords being thrown around.

I think that Bouldering should be the first rating, and then belayer? Any one can be a bouldering, but a belayer is some one you trust your life with. which deservers a highter rank than bouldering.

honemaster is an oldschool climbing term. To be honed is to be tough and highly skilled.
Hardman is a little oldschool as well. It's basically anyone who is hardcore into climbing, does bigwalls with no shoes or food and half a bottle of water while carrying thousands of pounds of gear at night, in the winter on broken glass uphill etc. The resident part is just because if you achieve that rank then you've probably been around here for a while.
Board monkey, well who climbs better than a monkey?
