Powers Bolt Review 4 out of 5 stars

Great Bolt. A lot of folks buy these carbon steel, and then put a stainless steel hanger on them which is something you should not do, as mixing two different metals causes an increased rate in oxidation and rusting. Might I also mention these powers 5 piece bolts have a tendancy to become "spinners" if you aren't really careful about cleaning your bolt hole, or if you are drilling in soft rock. Soft rock applications should use this in a 1/2" size and if you are having problems with "spinners", removing the blue crush-sleeve will help eliminate this common problem, however creating a bolt that will have no "lock" washer effect. So be careful of them loosening if you have removed the blue-crush sleeve.
note: I really think bolting is a bad idea unless you are of the utmost knowledge of the land, mechanics and ownership of the rock with which you are applying these rawls to.

These bolts are ok. The 3/8" version should only be used in hard rock, and then you are better off using wedge bolts. The Fixe Triplex bolt is a improved version of this design, with less parts. Plenty easy to steal the hanger on these, just unscrew the bolt.

great bolt! Go to the powers website for downloadable instructions/stats. Only a four because the stainless version doesn't come in all the sizes that the composite does.

Now that is a good bolt. The entire bolt can be removed when it is time to replace it and no one will steal your hangers. Use stainless.

This bolt is made by Powers. A.K.A the five piece rawl bolt. This bolt is removeable and very strong.
