A steal for the price. This pad saved me from breaking my leg when I took a 10 ft fall in Yosemite last September. Bought it from pagangear. Really durable.

I have been pretty happy with this pad. True, it could have a carpet pad to wipe your shoes off. It could also be a little thicker. However, for a pad around $100 I won't complain too much. For its price, its a steal.

its pretty much exactly the same as the metolious pad of this size. in fact i cant think of one difference. for the price its great but if your going to be carrying much in it of walking very far with it dont buy it. its shoulder straps arnt comfortable for long walks. i gave it a 4 because it absorbs a fall well has a great price, but isnt very comfortable.

We got ours from for $107 w/ free shipping.

It is a little stiff compared to some crash pads that I have had the pleasure of crashing into, but for the price and protection, it is a steal.

I bought this from and its great. The quality is just as good as the metolius large and the dimensions are the same, it has the nice 45 degree hinge, and for the price why would you get anything else? This pad has the potential of undermining the other pad companies robbery rates. Just get it.
