Cobra II 8.6 mm

This rope is a pleasure to use... The usual high uncompromising standards from beal make this a high quality rope. I've used it for ice, trad, and alpine sport, and have dug this rope for all its applications. I love the way Beal ropes handle, and this is the perfect rope for me. Now, I just need to steal them from my partner... or make enough money to buy my own.

Pretty good ropes. First set of doubles so don't have much to compare with. Works well with the reverso and atc-XP. Don't care about the lack of bicolor, but I would like the middle of the ropes marked.

I purchased it because it's sold through Black Diamond and I got a great price. It's 60m dry. Use it all the time for ice. Little thin for an ATC but manageable. It's held up fine and I'd buy it again. Not a duo color however.
