Purchased the book this last year from Arno @ Red Rock Rendevous and was pleasantly suprised at how simple the mental training techniques were to accomplishing.
I started to wig out on a route & put what was learned to use to push on through to a successful On sight route. This was strictly due to mental prowness achieved in part due to the book.

Excellent book for increasing mental fitness. Arno can be a bit fruity, at times, and tends to tell a lot of personal stories, but is almost always spot on.

For everyone who couldn't keep their head, started getting 'sewing machine leg', and forgot to breathe....this book is for you.
Arno Ilgner takes you through the "7 step Warrior's Way" and shows you how to find comfort in the chaos...
If you've bought any other books trying to broaden your climbing skills and abilities, there is no reason why you shouldn't have this one as well.
