I have both a CA and a BD super 8 - and the CA doesn't overheat on long rappels. I've had it for a bunch of years, and anyone who can use a figure of 8 can use it, unlike the ATC's Grigri's etc that require instruction before use.

Looks like the male anatomy and it's name makes me think that I am going to die. Just get a super 8 by BD if you want this kind of device.
