large opening, holds a ton of chalk, nice pouch and loops, good closure, a bit tippy due to cyclindrical shape, added a bag of sand in base pocket and now it's stayin strong, climb on

Got this for free from a visiting Metolious rep and truely, this thing is huge, HUGE! Maybe too huge... It has two handy pockets one on the side and the other on the bottom and a brush loop. IT seems more like a giant chalkbag than a bouldering pot, complete with a loop to clip onto your harness. The closure is a silly tentlike drawstring affair that falls down inside the bucket and has a tendancy to clog with chalk. It also blows right over in a strong wind and spills. It works, but i'm glad that i got it for free.

Won this product a couple of years back and if your the social bouldering type this beast of a bucket is great. Its functionality is good but there are better designs out there. Its hard to open, hard to keep chalk in the pot, the size pocket is only good for clipers, a small cell phone or one cliff bar. Past that worth every penny I did not spend.

Works very well for me. Really big, and the color I have is ugly as heck, but very functional. I like the pockets, one on the side, one on the bottom.
