organic big pad

i wanted to consolidate my crash pads (mad pad and a cheap bastard) into a higher quality big pad. After all the rave reviews organic has gotten from this site/climbing/rockandice, i decided to go with organic. I shot josh an email and three weeks later i was driving back from laramie ready to christen my pad at the Resevoir. Everything good i had heard about organic was definitely true. The foam is all that it is cracked up to be, the hybrid hinge is a great addition, the design/colors came out beautifully(i sent them my design on an ms paintbrush file), the new backpack straps are sweet, and josh was a pleasure to do business with. Not to mention, the big pad is enormous. The only beef i could possibly think of is that because of the hybrid hinge and velcro closures, it is difficult to stuff a bunch of crap (shoes, chalkbag, water) into the pad and close it up, but i dont really do that anyway. It will cost you a few extra bucks, but by going with an Organic pad, you get a great investment in a pad that is high quality, will last a long time, and is a personal work of art.
