This is a great harness for beginners to intermediate climbers and is hardly notacible when belaying for a long period of time. The padding is great and the vented design keeps your back much cooler. The double buckle system was a bit trick at firs (you must tighten both buckles at the same time to keep them tight) but once you figure it out it is a nice feature. The velcro aids in keeping it tight but when you are coming down from a wall for the first time after putting it on it sounds like its ripping! Ibelay for birthday parties at an indoor gym (2-2 1/2 hours) and it was very comfortable. The only problem i have is that the gerar loops are not reinforced an hold only 5kg about 10 pounds and move around some as you are climbing. Overall a ver good harness and is extremley comfortable to be in for long periods of time. Also the price ($35-40) is a very good deal.
