good amount of water, and a good amount of room. Have not used it for climbing but I use it for riding my bike and has enough room for SAM splints, and iv supplies, also some bandages and tape. very adjustable and has room to add little pockets for cellphone and little trinkets

Works Fine 5 out of 5 stars

I take it bouldering, climbing, biking, hiking, you name it. The 2 pouches it has built in are enough for 1st Aid basics, water purifier tabs, and keys. The elastic cord can hold a jacket and climbing shoes easily. I have no gripes about it whatsoever.

Love it 5 out of 5 stars

This is my favorite bag of all time. I bought it in 2000 and have used it extensively. I've replaced the bladder twice (due to my own misuse) but the bag has held up well. I like it because it is narrow enough for my female frame and can hold everything I need - extra clothes like a jacket I usually bungee to the outside.

Great for a full day out if the weather is sure to be OK. 3l of water is enough for a full mountain day, but the pack is not quite large enough to carry waterproofs too unless you walk in fully geared up for the climb. Reccomended for road-side multi-pitch cragging
