A solid feeling boot that seemed to match my foot almost exactly. The boot has a small to medium volume and the sizing is a little small so get them a full size larger than normal. The 3.2mm full grain leather is impregnated with silicon making them even more waterproof. The sole excepts step in crampons easily and Black Diamond's Saber tooth crampons seem made for them. Though they are rigid boots they hike fine. Thanks to the great fit and vibram sole these boots also allow me to climb upto 5.9 rock routes. All around a great boot that would serve anyone well, though should you go really high or really cold you would want something warmer.
