These are great lightwieght boots for mixed routes and Alpine climbing. They do well on snow but excel on long approaches bushwacking through varying conditions. They are light weight, breathable, and have excellent support. The full shank make ice climbing and edging on rock sections easy. Even took them up to the White Mountains this past winter. But that may have been pushing it with the non insulated model. Best suited for Moderate temps 3-seasons climbing.
