This board has a great variety of holds on it. it comes with instructions on how to install it and a brochure on workouts to do for it. And at a decent price to.

I've only had it for a few days, but this board seems to be a killer value. I really like the slopers on it--they're actually pretty comfortable. It's the right size to fit above a door, too.

perfect! It's the one thing I can do all my pull-ups on. More pockets, more variety

This board has made dramatic increases in my climbing, it has increased my sloper strenth and pocket strenth, its a great workout for only 60 bucks to own one.
