Watch for rocks

After climbing a 5.10 at Cecret lake, I was lowered to the ground. As soon as I got there, the climber next to me kicked off a fist sized rock which fell 35 ft and hit me right on top of my head. I brought my helmet, but wasn't wearing it. Lesson learned.
