About O'le Climbing:

O'le Climbing is the premier indoor climbing gym in the country and the meeting place and events center for the Beijing climbing community. Opening in 2008, we are one of China's earliest established and longest running climbing centers. Whether you are already a die-hard climber, a beginner wanting to safely gain some experience, strength and technical skills, or even if you are just interested in trying climbing for the first time, our friendly, nationally certified, and bi-lingual staff will "show you the ropes" and welcome you into the climbing community. Our top-roping and lead climbing wall is 12.5m high and features 7 roped climbing stations with numerous professionally set routes that are both suitable for novices and challenging for experts. Our staff change the holds and put up new routes all the time, so your climbing experience will always be interesting and new. Also, we have one of the best indoor bouldering (unroped climbing that is very close to the ground) rooms in the country, with 150sqm of climbing on verticals, slabs, bulges, and a huge 45° overhanging wall! O'le Climbing is also equiped with a large variety of climbing specific training equipment, including a campus board wall, balance and strength training tools, and even indoor ice climbing tools. We are open from 10:00 to 22:00 (10am to 10pm) Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 to 20:00 (10am to 8pm) on Sundays.
Nearest town or city: Beijing
Address: Beijing, Chaoyang District, Baiziwan Qiao East, Shimencun 5 北京, 朝阳区, 百子湾桥东, 石门村 5
Directions: Beijing Public Transportation: Get on subway line 1 (the red line) and get off at Dawang Lu ( 大望路) Station. Leave the station from Exit A. Now, head north along Xi Da Wang Lu (西大望路). If you are looking at Xi Da Wang Lu from the subway station, north would be to your left. On the opposite side of the road you will be able to see a fancy big black building that houses a number of upscale fashion stores ( Gucci, Max Mara, BOSS, etc). On the opposite side of this building will be the bus stop. Get on the 31, take 10-20 minutes to ponder the beauty and mystery of life, and then get off at Baiziwan (百子湾). Note: the bus stop just before Baiziwan is called Baiziwan Qiao Dong (百子湾桥东), so be careful not to get off one stop too early. Once you have gotten off the bus at Baiziwan, you should head down Shimencu Lu (石门村路). Bus 31 will continue down Baiziwan Lu, so if you are facing the direction it is going as it leaves, then Shimencun Lu is to your right. Head down Shimencun Lu for around 200 meters. You will continue past one small intersection until you see a large restaurant on the right side of the road. On your right hand side there will be a toll both with a traffic barrier guarding a small road. Walk around the barrier and head down this road (there should be a football/soccer pitch on the right side of this small road) for about 100 meters until the first road to your left.
