About Mt. Takatoriyama:

The climbing is set in an old sandstone quarry with limited parking access at the trailhead(s). Note: The climbing here is done at your own risk. The city is not responsible for any injuries nor rescues caused by your injuries. Though you may see bolts on some if not most of the routes, it is highly reccommended that you do not use them for arresting falls. When setting up top rope anchors, please use every availiable anchor to the climb to which is intended. The rock here is very brittle and exfoliates on every climb. Be extremely cautious on days directly following heavy rainfall.
Nearest town or city: Yokosuka
Directions: JR line to Higashi-Zushi. Right out of the turnstyle and up the hill. The trail is on the right before the tunnel. Approx 3 km.
