About Khao Khongchai:

Uthaithani Province and Khao Khongchai is about 3 hours drive NNW from Bangkok. There is still limited information on this relative new limestone crag (20+ routes?) which has been developed by KRC Club. KRC organises weekend camping/climbing trips to Khao Khongchai once or twice a month. Their website is in Thai, if you're interested contact either Khun Somchai 66-1-279-4595 or Khun Natee 66-1-350-9577. Or email them at KRC_club@hotmail.com The routes I have listed (Rickeden) have come out of a guide book. I still have yet to visit the crag!
Its a nice crag. Some of the anchors need replacing as well as there needs to be some re-bolting bue to bad bolt placments. The crag is in the sun till mid-morning.
