About Hin Tak (Monkey Beach):

A beach in Tonsai Bay, just out of sight if standing at the Pier on Tonsai Beach. Many single pitch sport routes and a few top ropes. One must do 4 pitch: Happy Banana.
Approach: 30 Min kayak or 5 min longtail boat ride to the beach. A few climbs start right on the beach while others start farther up into the vegetation. Walk to end of beach where the path starts up to Tonsai Tower. A boatman will take you and pick you up for around $10 (pay in Thai baht). Most of the boatman on this part of the island understand climbers needs. Not accessible without a kayak at low tide. High tide brings waves right up to the rock (belay single pitches out of a trashcan).
