About Warragul Rocks:
A 70m high granite slab high up on a hillside on the east side of the Hume Highway. There are two areas - a short 15m high vertical 'sport crag' and a long slabby multipitch adventure zone. Many of the longer easier climbs are overgrown with moss. You can park your car right on the top of the cliff - and locals obviosly love driving their cars off the top as the 30+ car wrecks below are a spectacular example of idiots at work. Pray to god they don't drive one off whilst you are climbing classics such as Stolen Car Descent Route (15)!!! |
