Description:

This is the easiest ascent and usual descent route. From Esquilant Biv, head back towards Wright Col and ascend the narrow gully to the scree/snow slope. Tend right to the crux of the climb - a 50m gully which tends left, allowing you to gain the 2nd rock band. From here, find the wide ledge system which brings you around the 3rd rock band and on to the northeast ridge. Follow this to the summit.
