Good climb - a little run out to the first bolt.
Actually found the grade a little soft in comparison to other 23's. Height advantage?
Good quality route thats vertical to just off vertical. First bolt is pretty high, but the climbing is relatively painless to it. Just don't sketch! Clean base.
