About Anglezarke Quarry (OS):

Although the rock here is called flagstone, it is like gritstone in character. A very good crag with some excellent routes, at least 150 lines up to 70 feet long, and many boulder problems. The rock is good, but tends to deteriorate near the top. Climbs in all grades, well worth a visit.
