APPROACH--5 miles west from the 6,700 foot landing strip on the West Fork of the Ruth Glacier to the 8,200 foot base.
TOTAL TIME--10 to 21 days.
VERTICAL GAIN--12,100 feet
DIFFICULTIES & DANGERS--50 to 60 degree snow and ice, with vertical and overhanging sections; 5.8 A1 rock.
CAMPS--Five to six chopped ledge bivouacs.
