About fern gully:

A gully with prestine sandstone bluffs that line the sides, the creek meanders through the gullies floor cascading over and around the house sized boulders that litter between the canyon walls. The creek stretches through the perfect layer of sand stone giving way to 1500 meters of grade A bouldering and sport climbing. There are endless amounts of bouldering and is home to over 50 sport routes.
Nearest town or city: fern
Directions: From highway 40 take 215 north for about 12 miles until you get to the town Fern. You will be in Fern when the road makes a sharp right turn with a church on the right. When you get to the turn keep your eye on the right side of the road until you see an A-framed house, when you see the house you take the next dirt logging road on the right. Continue on the dirt road until it makes a switch back, then take the next road on the right to the campsite and trail head.
