Mark led the crux -- I led the comparatively easier 5.8-5.9 sections around it. Great route, though not as clean as the Mithril due to less traffic. Awesome views.

felt the crux to be about 40 ft below the roof while overcoming first one then double flared finger cracks. The roof was a bit more strenuous but not all that hard. then sustained 5.9 jamming fo a long ways!! When the crack opens up to OW hand jams can still be found deep in the crack. The ridgeline remains fun if you choose to climb the more challenging features rather than skirt them.

Great route next door to Mithril Dihedral. One of the best I've done in the Sierra. 4 pitches to the ridge, then a few easy ones to the top. Start a little later to grab the sun.
