Once you reach the Platteu, continue East to the edge. 3rd Pillar is the angular blocky wall that can be seen facing Mono Lake. All routes are 7 pitches from the base to the top. 1000+ feet. Downclimb the arete on the Northern formation to reach the base, this is Class 4 but very exposed at times. Climb back up to your packs. |
