About North Quarry:
A small area on sandstone on the NE side of Horsetooth 'Resevoir' in Lory State Park. Go to Lory and hike across meadows (trails?) to the 'cove' (no water now) just off of Satanka Bay - the Northern most bay on the East side of the resevior. There are a few classic slab and face problems here. Physical Graffitti (V5) is the classic line here. |
Approach: | Park at the entrance to Lory SP and head east on Santanka Bay trail. Cross over gully and you will see quarry walls to the north (left). |
