About Jurassic Park:
Purchased by RMNP in 1989 along with the Twin Sisters area across the road. Most of the routes in the area are bolted, although the bolt spacing is often sparse. According to Bennard Gillet's "Rocky Mountain National Park: The Climber's Guide, Estes Park Valley", hangers from the first bolts of several climbs were removed in 1997 and several of the bolts were found pounded flat on the ground. |

Directions: | Lily Lake is located approximately 5 to 6 miles south of Estes Park on Highway 7 and is located immediately across the street from the Twin Sisters parking area (which provides access to the Crags). From the Lily Lake (or Twin Sisters) parking lot, hike around the north side of the lake and turn right (north) off the main trail at a meadow near a bench. A 5 to 10 minute walk down a sandy path takes you toward a gully that separates the first cliffs in the area. |
