Description:
Fairly stout for its grade. Start at the base, up a thin crack up to a slabby area. From here, most climbers go left up the slab and traverse underneath the "brown flake" (possible to get mid-sized pieces here too). Once reaching the right-hand crack, layback the flake to the top! It's thin fingers. Look for the crack to close up off and on. Reach high for open flares in the crack. Protects well. Once reaching the end of the crack, go right approximately 10 feet to chains above Strategic Defense. Enjoy.

very tricky and engaging for .10d, deceptive moves on the traverse. well worth doing!

amazing, not as pumpy as I thought it would be. Take lots of 4-6 stoppers.

wow
I only followed it, but I think this is one of the best lines I have done at the city. Great moves - sustained. Would be super cool to lead it - but I think it would be really hard to onsight. I have still some way to go until I can lead this, but I am adding it to my list.

Better than Crack of Doom.
This is one beaslty route. IMO it's a harder on-sight than Crack of Doom. I'll stick with the 10d rating, but none-the-less it's a real fight to the finish for the grade. I also think it's the best route in the City.
