Following the trail along the cliffline after taking the easy rap down from fixed anchors above Lovin' Lizards, or after crossing in front of the North Falls pond, coming from the East Falls access scramble, the trail will begin to slope downward and westwardly. Look for a huge TR chimney in the main cliffline.
This area has a good concentration of moderate 10s, with some 11s as well, and is a popular spot. Virtually all the routes can be easily TRd, and access to the top anchors is easy from the top trail. It gets plenty of sun, too, which can be a blessing on cooler days. All the routes are recommended, so if there's no special comment made in the description, it just means that the route is another good one in this area. |
