This one goes as straight up the center of the bulge as possible. From lower center, some bouldering to a slopping ledge. From the ledge go right of the bulge and up a 1.5ft to 2ft wide crack/chimney. I've always done a layback on the right side of it, but i've seen some take it to the left. after 2/3 steps up the chimney there's a bomb crack for the #4 cam or that hand jam inside. Pull the crack (inside the crack) up to a mantle at the top of the chimney and then it's all juice! I swear that chimney is more then a 5.6, but that's what the book says. It's not a beginers 5.6.

High water didn't allow us to climb the first couple feet. Looked like a lieback, turned into a face climb.

This route had a really hard layback. Took me a while to get it and they say it's a 5.6. Maybe I'm a wuss?

I miss Maryland and the shade and cliffs and boulders there. Thats where I believe that I learned to climb on rock and begin my frist stages of rockclimbing.
