Active Logging before getting to the rock. As a result the road is rough. High clearance 4x4 recommended. The road is pretty good now - the loggers have been grating it regularly - my Subaru does fine...
Nearest town or city: Helena
Directions: On I-90 take Clancy exit - 182. Follow signs for Park Lake. The turn sneaks up on the right side of road right after the pavement ends (look for a small yellow sign on a tree that says 'Public Land Access'). There are now two parking areas compliments of the logging. The each give access to different rocks.
