About Four Rooms:
If you're in the Tulsa area and you're looking to step up, this is the largest group of roofs I know of in the entire state. There are 4 "rooms" about 40-60 feet deep. It's finally starting to be climbable without breaking too many holds. With a bit more climbing, it should be absolutely bomber assuming you have the power to climb there. This area will humble you. There is a potential sport route of unknown difficulty. It is a 60' roof problem that has been sent that turns up to an overhang at least 50' above the starting level. No one has cared to try to bolt it since there are so many problems left to clean. It has some serious potential. |

Directions: | It's 30 minutes N.E. of Tulsa. If you are looking for directions PM someone who has posted pictures or route information don't PM the Oklahoma Editor. So far we haven't had any access issues and prefer things to stay that way. You have to park in a residential area and jump a fence. It's really not as bad as it sounds, though. I've had contact with the ranchers, and they all seem really cool. In other words, you just need to know where you're going before you get there. I took a wrong turn on the approach last time I went there. I'm not trying to keep it secret or anything. |
