climbed it one time and that was plenty. next to the dihedral on curously dished holds. Excellent route. F.A. Jon Frank, Jimmy Ratzlaff (1979)

4 out of 5 stars cool day in the tas

played outdoor climbing gym on the abandoned zoo wall yesterday as 1of3 groups of climber in the narrows. Strung up ropes on the zoo wall and ran laps on all the routes. I enjoyed this route, as it has fun moves and excellant yet slick polished rock.

0 out of 5 stars Ascent Note

FUN route, very different feel, making the most of dishes, huecos and edges . . . every bit of its 5.9, at least. several good challenges, right up to the finish on a wide water streak, with some decent rests in between. Could make an interesting lead, maybe with some supplemental pro in the dihedral? Would often be an easy reach, as it takes some effort to avoid the dihedral in the first place. This was a logical choice for the day as it was the only other climb in the shade, besides the Dihedral. Of course, we eventually worked our way across to Alice, Coolhead, and Leap Frog . . . as they shaded and cooled down a bit. Not bad for a humid day in the 90's (big storms yesterday - & Post Oak falls was kickin' it out!)
