About Highway Boulders:
There's an entire hillside of bouldering in this area. Problems range anywhere from 5.6 to 5.12, overhangs, cracks, traverses, you name it. Rock quality is excellent, and even though trees shade most of the area there is very little moss or damp areas. This is an excellent place for a day trip and brushing up on some climbing techniques. |

Directions: | start by going south on 219 like you were heading tword the bradford airport, you go through the intersection where you would usually turn for the airport and about 3 miles after you'll start to go down a gradual hill. near the bottom look to your left and you'll see boulders scattered along the entire hillside. fall is the best time to visit this climbing area because the boulders are easier to spot and there's less moss. it's definitly my favorite place to boulder in the area and rock quality is really good. |
