About Bayamon II:
| One of the top four areas in Puerto Rico. Has over 120routes, mostly 5.7-5.13a range, almost exclusively sport. There are twelve main 'faces' within this area, so when you get there be sure to explore thoroughly left and right. Majority of climbing is vertical on new limestone formations (stalagtite type stuff) with lots of vertical pinching and laybacks a must. Generally shadey and cooler than other climbing areas in Puerto Rico. |

| Directions: | Get on road 28 and enter in Julio Enrique Monagas Park. Go into the dirt road and turn right. then make a left and go up hill, at the next crossing turn right and go to a parking spot. Walk to the trail. Look for signs to 'the cave'. Like most rockclimbing areas you will have a hard time finding this unless you go with someone. |
