Great route, minimal crowds.
I made a quick trip to willard from Pocatello and onsight soloed the Falls. Great moderate route. I couldn't believe how few people there were for how easy it is. Highly recommend the route. I wouldn't bother bringing ice srews. If you feel the need to protect the leads you could use a small alpine rack on the sides of the runnel. Every pitch had a fixed anchor of some sort with no real hanging belays.
