About Belle Isle:
Granite quarries used in 1800's to build many buildings around Richmond. Island used as Civil War POW camp. Mostly TR but there are some bolted routes established as well. |

Directions: | Walk across foot suspension bridge after parking at lot for Brown's Island. At the island, walk uptstream until you reach a pond with north facing cliffs on the far side. |
